How does this work?
Finding Food Freedom is a 21-day self-guided journey. You will receive the lessons on this platform and you can take the course at your own pace (you don't have to finish it in exactly 21 days!). The lessons are written prompts plus an invitation to share with us in the Facebook group so you can receive guidance from other women who are current or previous 'students' of the course. You'll have lifetime access to the Facebook group of other women who are in the course, where you can share struggles, ask questions, and receive guidance from them and me!
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
